I’ve spent the last 17 years helping nonprofits and small businesses build financial stability and achieve their missions. I founded The Ladder because I believe that strong financial foundations enable organizations to create lasting impact.

After working behind the scenes in nonprofit finance, I saw the challenges organizations face—navigating tight budgets, securing sustainable funding, and telling their story in a way that resonates. I started The Ladder to bridge that gap, using my experience to empower mission-driven organizations to grow with purpose and confidence.
